About this property

Beautiful lake and golf course views provide the backdrop for this completely remodeled 2-bedroom, 2-bath villa in The Vines. Extensively updated in 2024, the residence offers a fresh, modern interior with an opened kitchen that creates a spacious, connected living area. New cabinetry, countertops, a faucet and refrigerator complement the kitchen, while new flooring and paint throughout bring a cohesive feel to the home. Plantation shutters, solid-core raised-panel interior doors, an updated stair railing, and new fans and lighting complete the transformation. Both bathrooms feature updated flooring, cabinetry, faucets and comfort-height toilets, and the primary suite includes a custom built-in closet with a dedicated makeup vanity. The improvements extend outdoors, where a new paver driveway, courtyard and walkway are complemented by refreshed landscaping. An added stone walkout patio offers a peaceful setting to take in the views, while the lanai features a Storm Smart hurricane screen for added protection. The spacious 2-car garage features an epoxy floor and new garage door opener. Conveniently located near RSW Airport, Coconut Point Mall and Hertz Arena, The Vines offers residents an active country club lifestyle at Estero Country Club, with tennis, pickleball, bocce, dining and a 24/7 fitness center. For golf enthusiasts, optional memberships are currently available with no waitlist, offering access to the championship Gordon Lewis-designed course. Beautifully updated and surrounded by picturesque views, this villa brings together modern comfort and the best of Southwest Florida country club living.
