Completed receipts are deduplicated by transaction ID. Linked refunds and reversals are excluded from full-term evidence. Monthly and annual terms come from the advertised plan labels.Loading source coverage…
A zero balance means an invoice is settled in QuickBooks. It may reflect a payment or credit; the underlying application and actual card/bank processor are not exposed here.Historical club + listing IDs are checked against the current network inventory.
Exact invoice links, club/listing IDs and unique complete addresses support matches. Different unit numbers and replacement listing IDs stay in review. How to interpret coverage, duplicates and missing matches
Receipt coverage is an estimate: a completed, unrefunded receipt plus the stated monthly or annual term supports an estimated end date. It does not establish that future renewals remain enabled. Late payments and plan changes may affect the actual billing period.
Subscriptions and properties are counted separately: a property can have more than one billing record. Overlapping current evidence is flagged for review rather than counted as another paid property.
No automatic billing enforcement: this dashboard does not charge customers, cancel subscriptions, send reminders, change fees or hide properties. The source-listing refresh continues separately. Automatic payment synchronization is not configured; the reload button reads the saved reconciliation.
Historical identity evidence: older exports help connect a subscription ID to a club/listing ID. Their old ACTIVE labels are not used as proof of current renewal status. No account is marked unpaid merely because it is unmatched.
